I started playing Roller Derby in Cedar Rapids circa 2008. Having never played on a team sport before that, ever. It quite literally changed my life and I have been passionate about this sport ever since. As the sport evolves, so do I. That is one amazing aspect of this sport. It constantly keeps you on your toes, both literally and figuratively. When I am not skating I am raising 3 teenagers and 2 doggos. And I also work in a sheet metal fab shop and have for the past 19 years. No Rest for the Weary!!!

Likes: Pickled Beets, hikes in nature, and sweating (putting in work at the gym, on my skates, and in my running shoes is my fave).

Dislikes: Brussel Sprouts, I mean they smell like armpits. Who wants to consume that?! Also, lying & cheating. No Bueno.
