When not on skates, you may find Shematoma working as a nurse practitioner at the Dermatology Clinic of Iowa or out in Longfellow Field with her husband, two kids and their magical dog.

Though Shematoma’s imaginary self has been playing derby for years, she is new to the world of toe stop running, T-glides and falling small. She is loving every minute of it. Why? Because it is wheely fun! 

Likes: Dad jokes, making costumes, spicy chocolate and cheering for both teams at sports events

Dislikes: Lost car keys, salt & vinegar potato chips and hot glue gun burns
